Removal and installation

RADIATOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. After full cooling of the engine merge a liquid.
3. Disconnect from a radiator the top and bottom hoses.
4. Disconnect from a radiator a tank hose.
5. Remove крыльчатку.
6. On cars equipped with automatic transmission disconnect from a radiator of the union of tubes of a cooler.
7. Substitute the pallet for gathering of the spilt liquid, muffle the union.
8. Turn away bolts of the central rack of a forward lattice.
9. Remove two top arms of fastening of a radiator. Turn away all bolts of fastening (are specified by arrows) radiator.
10. Remove a radiator, having lifted it upwards.
11. Check up presence of leaks from a radiator, mechanical damages, cleanliness of internal channels.
12. In need of radiator repair address in car-care centre as application of the special equipment and technologies will be necessary.
13. Cautiously clear intercostal spaces of a radiator, having blown its compressed air and having cleared a soft brush.
14. The radiator is established a radiator upside-down.
15. After radiator installation fill in a liquid.
16. Start the engine and be convinced of absence of a leak.
17. Warm up the engine and again check up level of a cooling liquid, if necessary restore.
18. On cars with automatic transmission check up level трансмиссионной liquids, if necessary restore.

BROAD TANK

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the majority of cars the tank simply gets from an arm close to the battery. Take aside a tee from a tank (it is specified by an arrow) and remove a tank from an arm (the right arrow).
2. Merge in a vessel a liquid from a tank, examine a tank.
3. At detection of signs of damages a tank replace.
4. The tank is established upside-down.
