PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before drawing a conclusion on malfunction of the thermostat check up liquid level, a condition of a belt of the pump and serviceability of the index of temperature (or a control lamp). 2. If the engine is long warmed up (it it is possible to define on slow increase of temperature under the index, or on slow heating of air by a heater) a plausible reason is залипание the thermostat valve. Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight and merge a liquid. 2. Disconnect from the thermostat vacuum hoses (if are provided). 3. Remove the thermostat case, the hose can to be disconnected from the case. 4. Get the thermostat, having paid attention to its orientation (the thermostat spring is turned to the engine). 5. Cautiously remove old consolidation. 6. Replace a lining (since 1993 the lining keeps within on edge of the thermostat and represents a sealing ring with a flute), сориентируйте and establish the thermostat. 7. Tighten bolts. 8. Fill in a liquid, start the engine and be convinced of absence of a leak.
