THE GENERAL DATA

More low the order of removal of a radiator of a heater is in detail described. To remove a radiator after evaporator removal much easier, however for this purpose it is necessary to depressurize preliminary a highway of a central air and to remove a coolant.

To remove a radiator of a heater the manufacturer it is recommended to dismantle all panel of devices and a steering column. For this purpose it is required to disunite a considerable quantity of sockets, therefore there is a potential danger of breakage of fragile plastic latches, clamps etc. on various details. Application of this method independently in garage conditions is inexpedient because of its complexity.

On early models of a series 60 radiator of a heater can be removed without dismantle of the panel of devices.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The prevention

Before the beginning of works disconnect a safety pillow.
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Working from outside a motor compartment, disconnect heater hoses on a partition of a motor compartment.
4. Push a rubber sealant on a partition of a motor compartment in salon, having disconnected закраины sealants from aperture edges in a partition.
5. 6. Remove the control panel a heater / the conditioner (subsection 4.11 see).
7. Remove the electronic block of management, without disconnecting sockets and take aside to provide sufficient working space under the case of a radiator of a heater.
8. Remove скобы a heater.
9. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the channel of the central air line.
10. Remove air line section in gathering with делительной заслонкой which is directly over a radiator of a heater and it is a little displaced forward.
11. Loosen the an inhaling of screws of fastening (are specified by arrows) heater branch pipes to the case.
12. Get a radiator from under the forward panel.
13. Spread on a rug of a floor a considerable quantity of rags for впитывания the spilt cooling liquid.
The prevention

At performance of this operation be cautious not to damage plastic details of a heater. The radiator in gathering with tubes can be removed, cautiously having pulled from a wall of a motor compartment to release plastic ears from gearing with nearby details.
14. Installation is carried out upside-down.
15. Fill in a liquid in cooling system, start the engine, be convinced of absence of leaks and check up heater work.
