Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention The part of cars is equipped by a pillow of safety which is in the container in the steering wheel centre. To exclude casual operation of system disconnect the battery from weight and wait not less than 90 сек (time of the category of the reserve condenser). 1. Expose a wheel in driving position on a straight line and disconnect the battery from weight. 2. Get заглушки on each side a wheel and turn away screws of fastening of the container with a pillow. Screws to turn on until then while the flute on a screw head will not come into an edge обечайки. 3. Remove the container with a pillow of safety and disconnect a socket. A container overlay all time hold in a direction from itself. To put the container with a pillow it is necessary so that the overlay has been turned upwards. 4. On cars without a safety pillow turn away screws of fastening of a sound signal. 5. Turn away a nut and designate position of a wheel concerning a shaft. Rotation of a shaft after steering wheel removal is not supposed. 6. Press a stripper a steering wheel. It is forbidden to remove a wheel blows on a nave.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a steering wheel on a shaft. 2. If on cars with a safety pillow forward wheels have been casually turned, it is necessary to centre a spiral wire of a pillow. Be for this purpose convinced that wheels are exposed in position on a straight line and turn the coil case counter-clockwise against the stop and turn on clockwise on 3 turns, having combined labels of red colour. 3. Wheel installation is carried out upside-down. Combine labels and tighten a nut with the set moment. Attach a socket to a safety pillow.
