Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention
If the car is equipped by a safety pillow turn of wheels after reducer removal is not supposed. Block a wheel for what translate the ignition key in position LOCK, or wind a wheel with a seat belt which fix.

1. Lift car redock.

2. Turn on and muffle the union (are specified by arrows).

3. Designate position of the bottom plug карданного the hinge of a steering shaft concerning a reducer shaft. Turn away a collar bolt (it is specified by an arrow).

4. Remove сошку.

5. Turn away fastening bolts (are specified by arrows), submit a reducer downwards and disconnect from an intermediate steering shaft. Remove a reducer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a reducer, having combined the labels put at dismantling.

2. Tighten bolts of fastening with the set moment.

3. Establish сошку on a reducer shaft, having combined the labels put at dismantling.

4. Tighten a bolt of a collar with the set moment.

5. Attach the union of the hydraulic booster and restore liquid level.

6. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
