PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and remove back wheels.
2. Remove полуось.
3. Turn away lock screws.
4. Turn away a counternut.
5. Remove a lock ring.
6. Displace a nave, having submitted on itself, then press and remove the external bearing.
7. Get a nave and put on a pure surface so that the internal bearing has been turned upwards.
8. Remove from a nave an epiploon.
9. Get the internal bearing.
10. Wash out and dry bearings, a nave and a bridge casing.
11. Check up a condition of bearings, presence on them of cracks, damages and wear tracks.
12. Check up a condition of hairpins, flanges of the bridge and шлицов naves.
13. Check up presence of hollows and deterioration on holders and rollers of bearings.
14. The worn out details replace.
15. Holders of bearings beat out brass оправкой and запрессуйте the new.
16. Grease bearings and contact surfaces of a casing of a semiaxis.
17. Greasing should come into cavities between rollers and a bearing separator.
18. Establish the internal bearing and an epiploon.
19. Epiploon sponges should be turned in a nave.
20. Запрессуйте an epiploon so that it has appeared заподлицо with a nave.
21. Grease an epiploon трансмиссионным with oil or консистентной greasing.
22. Establish a nave, establish in a nave the external bearing.
23. Establish a ring and wrap a counternut.
24. Adjust the bearing.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a brake drum and fix two wheel nuts.
2. Tighten a counternut with the moment 52 Н.м., simultaneously rotating a nave.
3. Turn away a counternut that it could rotate by hand.
4. By means of a dynamometer check up the resistance moment проворачиванию naves.
5. Gradually tightening a counternut, achieve, that the resistance moment проворачиванию (a preliminary tightness in bearings) corresponded specified in subsection 7.4.
6. Wrap opposite lock screws.
7. Check up freedom of rotation and люфт naves.
8. If люфт has not disappeared, repeat subitem 1-5, achieve disappearance люфта.
9. Establish полуось, a wheel and lower the car.
