Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a nave.

2. Remove bearings of a forward wheel (subsection 2.39 see).

3. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove a brake board.

6. Remove a pin.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clamp полуось in a vice through a soft lining.

2. Beat out the SHRUS with an external axis blows on brass оправке.

3. Incline an internal holder and on one get hinge balls.

4. Get a holder in gathering with internal directing of the SHRUS case for what turn a holder of balls on 90 ° and combine windows in a holder with dredging in the case.

5. Get from a holder internal directing, for what сориентируйте these details.

6. Clear the SHRUS of greasing and examine. The damaged details replace.

7. At assemblage grease internal surfaces of the SHRUS and an external shaft молибденовой with greasing.

8. Insert directing to a holder upside-down.

10. Establish a holder and directing on a semiaxis shaft.

The prevention
At assemblage an acting part directing and wider part of a holder should be turned outside.

11. Establish on an internal shaft new lock rings.

12. Clamp полуось in a vice and establish an external shaft, having fixed a lock ring.

13. Be convinced of durability of fastening of external and internal sections of a semiaxis in the SHRUS.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a new epiploon (if necessary) and grease шлицы an internal shaft.

2. Holding a shaft to a canopy, cautiously insert it into differential.

3. Further installation is carried out upside-down.
