8.10. Removal of air from a hydrodrive of brakes
THE GENERAL DATA

Necessity of prorolling arises after a detachment of tubes of the main cylinder or at strong fall of level in a tank.

At dismantling of a hydrodrive of one wheel it is possible to be limited to air removal only from the understanding cylinder.

If the highway from the main cylinder to wheel it is possible to be limited to air removal only from this highway understood.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press some times a pedal of a brake and remove residual depression in the amplifier.
2. Before prorolling restore liquid level in a tank and during prorolling support level, without supposing a tank devastation. Fill in only a fresh liquid.
3. Prepare a liquid, a vessel, a hose for prorolling and a key for отворачивания the union.
4. Prorolling begin with a back right wheel.
5. Attach to the union a hose, other end of a hose lower in a vessel with a brake liquid.
6. Ask the assistant to press slowly some times a pedal of a brake and to keep.
7. Turn away the union, and later 2 сек after a stream of a liquid following with bubbles ослабнет, tighten the union. Ask the assistant to release a pedal.
8. Repeat procedure until in a following liquid air vials will not cease to be observed.
9. Tighten the union.
10. Execute these actions in sequence: the left back wheel, the right forward, left forward.
11. Upon termination of prorolling restore liquid level in a tank.
12. Remove air from a pressure regulator (dosing out and перепускного valves), having repeated specified above action (1 – the union for prorolling).
13. Check up rigidity of a pedal and work of brakes.
14. If necessary repeat procedure.
