Dismantling and assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention
Before dismantling get ремкомплект the cylinder.

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Disconnect a pusher of the main cylinder from a coupling pedal. For removal of the cylinder of coupling расшплинтуйте and лостаньте an axis (it is specified by an arrow).

3. Disconnect from the cylinder a hydrodrive highway, merge a liquid and muffle tubes.

4. Turn away a nut and remove the cylinder.

5. Turn away an internal bolt and remove a tank.

6. On cars of late release beat out подпружиненный a pin of fastening of a tank.

7. Remove a cover and a spring ring.

8. Get a pusher, a washer and the piston.

9. Check up a condition of an internal surface of the cylinder. At detection задиров, scratches or the painted sites the cylinder replace.

10. If an internal surface in a good condition replace only уплотнители (are delivered in ремкомплекте).

11. Before installation of their details it is necessary to grease with a brake liquid.

12. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down.
