Positions on the switch (Up – upwards, Off – off, Down – downwards).

Replace the switch if short circuit of contacts does not correspond to the diagramme.

The electric drive window lifterа provides lifting and lowering of lateral windows. Its structure includes switches, the relay, electric motors, window lifter and wires.

The electric drive joins or the main switch on a door of the driver, or remote switches on each of doors. Lowering or lifting are regulated by position of each of switches. In each door the reversive electric motor is mounted.

The electric drive chain is protected by a safety lock and a breaker. In each electric motor the individual breaker that at refusal of one drive drives of other windows were not disconnected is in addition mounted.

The electric drive window lifterа works only at the included ignition. On большей parts of cars the blocking switch which disconnects electric drives of other windows except driver's (on a part of cars only back windows) is provided.

The general procedures of search of malfunctions which can be executed independently are more low described. If with their help it is impossible to eliminate malfunction, address in car-care centre.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If do not work window raiser all windows at first check up a safety lock and a breaker. 2. If do not work window raiser only back windows, or the drive works only from the main switch check up short circuit of contacts of the blocking switch. If contacts do not become isolated, the switch replace. 3. Check up a conducting condition between switches and a safety lock, if necessary repair. 4. If one does not work only window lifter check up the main switch and the switch of an idle window (except driver's). 5. If window lifter works only from one switch check up short circuit of contacts of the switch under the applied scheme. If results of check negative the switch replace. 6. If the switch is serviceable, check up a chain between the switch and the electric motor. 7. If from both switches does not work same window lifter remove the panel, include window lifter and check up pressure on the switch and the electric motor. 8. If pressure on the electric motor is present, disconnect glass from window lifterа and check up freedom of its moving upwards and downwards. Check up also moving freedom window lifterа. If damages are absent also glass moves freely replace the electric motor. Otherwise grease details or replace. 9. If pressure on the electric motor is absent, check up wires from switches to electric motors. If in a chain the relay check up pressure presence on the relay and its connection with weight is provided. 10. Upon termination of check up work window lifterа.
