The prevention If the collector is disconnected only for removal of a head of cylinders turn away bolts and take him aside, without disconnecting hoses and wires. Procedure of dismantle of a collector from the engine as separate detail is more low described.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Execute декомпрессию fuel system (subsection 5.2.2 see) |
| 3. Designate and disconnect from a collector vacuum hoses. |
| 4. Remove the case заслонки (subsection 5.2.9.2.1 see) and the levelling chamber (subsection 5.2.9.2.6 see). |
| 5. Remove a comb of the distributor of fuel and an atomizer (subsection 5.2.9.2.5 see). |
| 6. Designate and disconnect hoses from the valve recycling and from the modulating vacuum valve. Turn out from a collector a tube recycling. |

7. Disconnect from a collector a wire on weight (the junction is specified by an arrow).

8. Turn away bolts and nuts (are specified by arrows) and remove a collector.

The prevention Working from below the car disconnect скобы fastenings of wires, the bottom bolts and 2 nuts of fastening of pair steel tubes to a collector.

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear a collector, check up a condition of a demountable plane, if necessary прошлифуйте. |
| 2. Establish a new lining, establish a collector and wrap bolts and nuts. |
| 3. Tighten bolts and nuts in regular intervals, with the set moment, being displaced from the centre to periphery. |
| 4. Establish other details upside-down. |
| 5. Before engine start check up freedom of moving of a cable throttle заслонки. |
| 6. Start the engine and be convinced of absence of a leak of a cooling liquid and tightness of vacuum connections. |
| 7. Check up the car in road conditions. |
