Check and greasing replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Bearings of forward wheels should be checked wheel rocking at each raising передка.

2. At detection люфта at rocking in a vertical plane it is necessary to disassemble knot and to check up a condition of bearings.

3. Remove a wheel.

4. Remove a support, take aside and fix.

5. Remove the mechanism of blocking of naves (subsection 7.4.3.4 see).

6. Расконтрите an external nut also turn on.

7. Cнимите a washer, turn away an internal nut.

8. Cнимите a persistent washer.

9. Submit a nave on itself and back, get the external bearing.

10. Remove a nave.

11. Get an epiploon.

12. Remove the internal bearing.

13. Carefully wash out a nave and bearings solvent and dry.

14. Examine bearings and external holders. At detection of damages replace the bearing for what beat out a holder brass бородком and запрессуйте the new.

15. Put in the bearing refractory greasing.

16. Grease with a thin layer of a neck of a nave, internal surfaces of holders of bearings, epiploons and расточку under an epiploon.

17. Put greasing in a nave cavity between external holders, having formed a finger a fillet of greasing along the edges of holders.

18. Establish the internal bearing in a nave and cover with greasing a bearing end face.

19. Запрессуйте an epiploon заподлицо with a nave surface.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a nave and the external bearing.

2. Dress a washer and wrap an internal nut with the moment 51 Н.м., simultaneously turning a nave.

3. Release a nut and again tighten with the moment 4,8 Н.м., simultaneously turning a nave. Be convinced that люфт is absent, and the wheel rotates freely.

4. Dress a lock washer and tighten an external nut with the moment 56 Н.м. Check up люфт, at presence люфта перезатяните an internal nut. Bend контровочные washer ledges in opposite directions.

5. Further assemblage is conducted upside-down. Slightly grease литолом knot of blocking of a nave (surplus of greasing is not supposed).
